access to data?

I am curious to hear about access to data for individual events. On 1//19/05, I encountered what is probably best described as severe, but patchy rime icing on descent into CLE. I would like to know what the TAMDAR readings showed for the flight. Is there any way to find out? 01/19/05, Mesaba flight 3096 between 1200Z and 1330Z. Dave Ricci SF340 Capt.
