More data on acft 5562

Re: my message from Saturday, aircraft 5562 again reported winds that looked too high, by roughly 20-30 knots. This time, it flew out of Fort Wayne at around 1530Z on Sunday Mar. 6th and had winds of 75 knots at just under 5000 feet. When the aircraft arrived at FWA from DTW about a half hour earlier, the winds looked reasonable. I have been looking at a lot of soundings during the last couple of days and the vast majority appears to contain very accurate data. Lyle
