Data vs. heater

Will a future version of TAMDAR permit wind data to be transmitted even when the temperature and dew point need to be voided due to use of the heater? Perhaps an engineer could create a program to back calculate what the temperature would have been reported as given the intial temperature, the flux of the heater, and integrating the time that the heating element was used. Of course, some flag would have to be included to show that the given values were subject to quality control measures.
