Bad temperature

An aircraft flying from Greenville (GLH) MS to Memphis (acft #5569 on ACARS site) had temperatures over 20 Celsius even up to the 700 mb level. This occurred just after 23Z on Sunday Feb 20th. These temperatures were a little higher than even the surface temperatures.
