new airports added to GSD (T)AMDAR display

Greetings,

today we made a small upgrade to the GSD AMDAR display: we added several additional regional airports, mostly in the U.S., primarily served by TAMDAR-equipped aircraft.

These airports are Iron Mtn., MI; Pensacola, FL; Lake Charles, LA; Wilmington, NC; Ithaca, NY; Odessa, TX; Laredo, TX; Columbia, MO; Dubuque, IA; Escanaba, MI; Sault Ste. Marie, ON/CN.

This addition allows soundings at these airports to be correctly identified on the SkewT plots.

Please let me know if you encounter any issues.
