Heading spike filter turned off on all probes

One of the heading filters (noise filter, not smoothing filter) is suspected of letting stale data into the winds calculation. The filter was turned off on all Mesaba probes as of last night (22 Sept). With the filter enabled, an error in heading data could cause TAMDAR to report a wind calculated with an old heading sample, but still using new GPS data. With the filter disabled TAMDAR should just report the wind in error if a problem is detected in the heading data. As usual, feedback is appreciated. Dan Mulally
