Some months ago we inadvertently broke the ability to automatically load into the java display data older than 30 days. We believe we've fixed that now, and you should be able to load aircraft data for any time back to July 2001. Data will take longer than usual to load initially, as they are retrieved from the MADIS archive, but will re-load quickly (at least until they age off our disk in 30 days). The archival data do not have the lines on the plan-view that indicate 'good soundings', but if you click on any ascent/descent, you'll still get a sounding display in the normal way.
